3. The studio apartment was fine, ok cleaning, decent furnishings, and really great comfortable bed and bedding - bed/bedding was actually terrific, and felt more like home than a hotel.

4. That said, it was close enough to the neighborhoods we wanted to look at (via MAX/bus/car), was also in the free fare zone for going downtown, it did have that studio apartment feel, and the bedding was terrific for a comfortable sleep.
