3. excellent location: 3 minutes walk to one of the largest malls in Portland - Lloyd Center; 5 minutes walk to the max rail which will take you downtown for free; $10 to $15 ride to downtown Portland.

4. Also, the street fronting the hotel has a bike lane, which provides easy access to the excellent Eastbank Esplanade bike trail which can take you downtown or to miles of other trails.
