1. Upper floors are quieter, but since there are no elevators, those that value the quiet most may not have access to it - all the units are completely above ground.

3. It has many advantages and things we look for in accommodation: It is within walking distance of the tennis centre, it is at the beginning of the free zone for the MAX rail system, free parking, free breakfast, laundry facilities for guests, pool and hot tub abd large quiet rooms.
