2. Motel 6 Philadelphia (the 'new' building) is the kind of place that would perfectly serve as a movie set for a horror film: dingy rooms, smelly carpet, battered walls, a frightening bell hop/van driver who could be perfectly cast for Frankenstein, etc.

3. There was torn and very worn carpet, graffiti on the walls inside the room, mold and mildew in the baths, peeling paint and wallpaper, although the sprinkler system and security cameras appeared to be brand new.

4. I confronted the manager about the condition of the property in the of their 'newly remodeled' statement, and he replied that the entire property had been completely remodeled just 6 months ago.
