3. I would like to start off with that I was picked up on time from the airport and they had helped me load and unload my luggage when we got back to the hotel.

4. We did Park & Ride to the airport and when we took "too long" getting our luggage on the return flight (after the airport carousel broke down, seriously, like it was our fault and we wanted to wait at the Philly airport at midnight.
