4. Room was not very clean, pealing walls and ceiling, holes in sheets, half the lighting in room didn't work, tv didnt' work, parking lot dumpster overloaded with what looked like a weeks worth of trash.

5. I am the one who booked this hotel (a girl who wants a clean bed and thats it, not all the frills) thinking it would be decent and give my boyfriend and I a place to rest after sight seeing and being at the game all day.

7. Once we got to the hotel, the guy at the front desk was reasonably nice and the room was as expected: basic, no frills, but clean with a working TV.

8. i had some things i wanted to keep cold so i called to the desk to see if i could get a fridge and the same girl that was cleaning the lobby bought it up to my room.

10. might i add the lobby area was full of shiny mirrors and marbled floors that a young girl was mopping and cleaning oh so thoroughly.
