5. I ordered a bowl of soup from room service and although it tasted pretty good, it looked like it was in the bowl overnight and reheated in a microwave before bringing it up.

8. I was hesitant to try and order a latte at their cafe, since they serve Starbucks, thinking it would definitely not taste right.

9. They may use Starbucks coffee, but the mocha tasted worse than the coffee that comes out of the small room coffee pots.
