8. While I wasn`t wowed by the hotel exterior or lobby, I was reasonably impressed with the room.

9. Why this occurs, I have no idea though after spending nights in two different rooms on two different floors, I`m getting the impression that the entire building simply lacks sufficient bandwidth for all the residents here.
