8. The gentleman who check me in identified himself as the 'highest ranking staff on premises' just looked at me in response to most questions and seemed to go out of his way not to be helpful.

9. All this information was sent to the Hilton by my fiance, (the HiltonHonor member), and the response was just like the customer service at this Hilton.

10. There are signs posted that say Hilton is not responsible for items stolen from cars parked in their lot.
