1. Don't be dissuaded by the grubby street corner its on (and it is grubby for sure; right by the Chinatown bus stop) -- the inside of the hotel is really beautiful and clean.

5. Though it`s an easy walking plain city, if you are in Philadelphia as a tourist, I would recommend you to stay a little bit closer to riitenhouse square, a little bit far from the storical sites , but near the most beautiful places of the town, theaters and best stores.
