1. And that is before hitting the wrong room and relocation to a new room with a dirty bathroom (it appears someone had done some kind of maintenance and failed to clean up).

10. Our room was outstanding and clean, and the staff went out of their way to meet our requests for new pillows, a fresh duvet (did I mention I am very picky) to heating up water for us, and delivering the kids milk and cookes before bedtime.
