1. Pool was a bit disappointing, but who cares - we did not have to walk a lot and that was big as we had two little ones with the stroller and a grandma with the hip replacement.

3. Our room was not ready, but the very competent, polite, friendly front desk staff had our luggage taken care off and promised to call us as soon as the room was ready.

4. Eventually we were checked in and had the time of our lives - but people who don't normally stay in such luxurious settings (like us) should be careful and pay attention to the fine print.

5. Aside from the fact that The Omni doesn't inform you about a $50 fee for incidentals upon arrival is the fact that they don't care if you can pay for it.
