2. As a welcoming gift, the Hotel also provided a lovely complimentary desert consisting of a slice of cake a few candies and an edible replica of Van Gogh's sunflower painting (looked like a stained glass window or something).

3. Go for the Four Seasons experience of outstanding guest service - everyone knows you by name, accommodates every request, is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

4. Hotel is nice to children though with toys at check-in from the toy chest and a welcome amenity to the room for the kids; a nice touch always.

7. Milk and cookies for the children in the room along with a treasure basket for them to choose a toy upon check-in also made them feel like welcome guests.
