7. When you are a frequent guest like I am with this chain you would expect to be upgraded automatically not asked at check-in like some Sheraton or Hyatt if you want an upgrade for a fee; that turned me off and was unlike any other Four Seasons I have stayed at.

8. The rooms are very average, bathroom like any medium range chain hotel, service is pretentious and not very efficient, not the best location in town, very pricy for what it is.
