1. Over half of the TV channels we were supposed to get in our room said 'No signal' for some unexplained reason.

9. For some odd reason parents feel its okay to let their sugar-high kids run up and down the hallways at 7am and 11pm at night.

10. They provide a very nice breakfast INCLUDED in the price of the room (which was already reasonable) and while it was crowded at breakfast - we expected that at any kid friendly area, seating was always available and plenty of choices to pick from.
