1. I'd highly recommend this property for folks who don't need opulence and are looking for an exceptional value without feeling like you've sacrificed anything.

5. The condition of the rooms was fine with the exception of a broken faucet handle the day we arrived (it was repaired the day we notified the front desk) and a lack of detail cleaning (there was an old pacifier on the floor by the bed).

7. Definitively, it is a good location, nice staff, (except Alex), gives you value for your money and, avoiding the mentioned guy I would definitively stay there again.
