1. The staff is VERY friendly, they don't hesitate to help you with whatever you want.

2. The staff is very helpful, the free breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices, the shuttle is great in the morning (we take a taxi back to the hotel), the pool is small but adequate and even though it is heated not that warm.
