2. the nick hotel the greatest place on earth for family friends and kids close to shopping and fun and thrills the staff was the best from start to finish they smiled they waved they made us feel welcome and safe the security was wonderful the pool side was the best the kids enjoyed they wanted to stay longer lol :) the rooms were to die for they were clean fresh and emaculant the kds had the best time of there lives and we enjoyed there smiles and laughter i just cant explain nick hotel is really the best stay saty and enjoy take the kids they will love you for it i know ours did we are going back in the summer.

4. Upon entering the room, a greeting message was waiting for us on the phone which said welcome, but don't check out late because every hour late will incur an additional charge.

5. Most of the staff members are very rude, they don't even make you feel welcome while you pay $225 night.

7. Our first call for room service pizza was a welcome surprise because even though we felt we were ordering 'Safe' Pizza Hut Pizza for our son, we were told to ask and then were able to speak with a chef who confirmed ingredients and also made menu suggestions and alterations for him.

8. It wasn`t the cheapest but we were there for 6 nights so by night 3, we welcomed a few hours alone.
