I know this is a Holiday Inn and one generally shouldn't expect much from a Holiday Inn, however for the prices one pays to stay at this hotel just because it's supposed to be 'kid friendly' - (I've actually found less expensive hotels that are more kid friendly), it's appalling how dirty the hotel is, how thin the walls are - you can actually hear people in the next room speaking and snoring.
