1. When I get to lobby guests svcs they told me I could have purchase the tix by mall guests svc with cash because lobby guest svcs did not accept cash payments.

6. I stood in line for over 20 minutes at the Pizza Hut/A&W was next in line to order chicken strips for my son and the manager yells our very rudely at 25 minutes before their closing time that A&W is now closed and they will no longer be accepting orders.

8. We were promptly offered, and accepted, an upgrade to a two bedroom suite - perfect for our family of 5 (kids are 2, 3 and 5).

9. My guess is that the hotel offers very modest pay because they accept high turnover and expect that they will attract applicants for a job that sounds interesting and good on a resume.
