1. as small things such as breakfast, more than one set of elevators/and/or access to the stairs, horrible 1st impression-boarded up entrance, bad coffee, cab markup.

8. I have to admit off the bat I was a little skeptical about staying at a Holiday Inn hotel, but I was very surprised and impressed by The Castle.

9. In addition, she commented on how impressed she was that they greeted her by name and didn't forget to acknowledge 'the kid' (I think she loved the chocolate coins they offered her from the treasure chest).
