3. Right from check-in the staff are so accommodating, I requested a room overlooking the pool and away from the lift (based on someone else's review on here) and they managed to give me a great room which was just what I asked for.

Only 2 gripes - the breakfast area isn't big enough to accommodate the amount of people that want feeding and the taxi company they use is some bloke with a car - not a meter taxi which I would have preferred (since this man charges more and I always feel more comfortable in a large company cab rather than something with no logo and no meter) If the hotel could address these 2 issues It would be 5 stars in my opinion.

8. don't waste your money considering we paid $168 for this room - there is so much better more affordable accommodation in Orlando you can get - If I paid $60 for this room it would be fine - but when you are paying this price to have your children sleep on pool & bathroom towels then you know you have been ripped off.
