4. With one minor exception at breakfast one morning, staff were all excellent to outstanding - nothing was too much trouble and we were greeted with a smile and a few words every time we walked through reception.

8. I guess the room is a standard in the Hyatt Place hotel chain, and the room plant has an outstanding division of the space.
