4. If you've stayed at a Hyatt Place, this is just like all the others: 42' plasma flat screen TV, couch, ottoman, granite counter tops, wet bar, fridge, desk, leather chair, wireless internet, comfy beds, large room, a pool, a free breakfast, etc.

6. Great location, great breakfast, love the rooms and the facilities in them (although hanging space in wardrobes is quite minimal) - so very comfy and a great base for work or pleasure if you are an adult.

7. - Rooms are slightly dated (I think ours was one of the yet to be refurbished rooms) but very comfy and very large with big sofa and massive HD TV.
