1. Any unsatisfactory review must have been written before or during its renovation, because now it's perfect - very clean (everything is new), excellent location (International Drive within walking distance to nice shops & restaurants), it has a great breakfast and the staff is super friendly.

5. We had great free breakfast, lots of restaurants in walking distance, the visitors center about 3 min walk away and many shops to get food liquor or gifts.

The design isssues such as layout, lack of a cosy feel in public areas etc are not the fault of those running the hotel - they are design flaws inherited from when the location was owned by another brand and had it built but Hyatt Place have done a great job making it as homely as possible wherever possible.

10. The staff are helpful and attentive, the food on offer in the morning is great and there are so many great dining options available locally that an evening out with great food at a good price isn't an issue.
