1. To start, they gave my grandmother a wheelchair to keep and take anywhere for the entire 9 days we were there for free.

10. my only critiques are that the free wifi is so slow it is unuseable except very late at night and the distance from your room to the elevator can be very long and you will feel like it is a maze.
