3. Better than the Floridian with one exception you don't see the fireworks show from here, you don't have a monorail to take you to the Magic Kingdom.

Hotel is beautiful, room was located for what seem like one mile from elevator, spacious corner room, a bit outdated, not enough lighting, as a matter of fact, only one lamp on one of the nightstands, called Housekeeping and within minutes a lamp was brought, except that there was no electrical outlet by the second nightstand, so the lamp was set on the dresser.

6. With the exception of our arrival experience (they did not have our folder ready when we arrived after 3 pm, and the girl who greeted us said we 'surprised her' - huh? With an advance reservation?) the concierge staff were AWESOME at club level - especially Vilma.

7. I did appreciate the service they have where a runner can run to the store for you to grab a couple of items, except my runner bought the wrong item and I wasn't able to take my medication.

8. my only critiques are that the free wifi is so slow it is unuseable except very late at night and the distance from your room to the elevator can be very long and you will feel like it is a maze.

9. I would say there's not too much of a difference between this Deluxe and a moderate like Coronado Springs except the transportation.

10. The sand bottom pools are awesome with poolside grill, the place is very clean with the exception of a little dirt in the area where there is supposed to be a mini bar and the staff is practically tripping over each other to assist you.
