6. We decided to switch rooms after the first night (due to noise from street traffic), which was handled very efficiently (a staff member came to help us move our things to a new room within 30 minutes of my call).

8. The only problem I had was with the hotel dryer I spoke to other guests that had the same problem on the other floors they really should invest in new washer and dryers.
