1. On arrival we were offered a suite at the adjacent Springhill Suites, we gladly accepted and were given a fantastic room on the 4th floor.

Last but not least a word for the ladies at reception Stacey,Katie and Lauren,(I,m sure the other staff are just as proffessional but I had no dealings with them,) they are fantastic,efficient, friendly and curteous a credit to this hotel and I hope one day to meet them again as we would undoubtedly stay here again.
