1. The exercise room is barely adequate but most people aren't at the hotel to exercise inside.

7. My summary is: the hotel is in a nice and very safe feeling location, has nice clean rooms, with adequate room for all our stuff, great breakfast, nice pools, great food court, easy and free parking.
