1. While the hotel may not be new and the bathrooms could use some updating, the service more than made up for any minor physical blemishes.

4. The first night the room was cleaned but not re-stocked (no face clothes, two towels when we had indicated four people where staying) - new ones were requested but they were delivered hours later.

5. 3) did I mention the staff was EXCELLENT??4) we went to the pool after eating - no mom we did not wait an hour - hubby and I sat in hot tub while grandson made some new friends in the pool - nice area - the jets in the hot tub aren't too invigorating - but I was in Florida in nice hot water with bubbles and hunny - life was looking pretty good to me.

9. We were looking for a clean, somewhat new or newly renovated family oriented hotel, with a good breakfast included, but most importantly a location close to Universal.
