1. The hotel it's self is great with comfortable accommodation with separate living area, complimentary breakfast with hot choices and an evening meal Mon to Thurs with free beer what more could you want.

2. And the duty manager Mario was exceptional and offered us free transportation for a full day taking us to Contemporary resort for our character breakfast, picking us up from Downtown Disney then taking us to Florida Mall and back to our hotel.

5. Also, they do have a free shuttle that takes you to Universal and Wet and Wild.

The staff and service was excellent, rooms spotless, included free breakfast 7 days a week and snacks and refreshments 4 nights a week with free alcohol, lovely pool and free transport to EVERY park including Disney (no other hotel provides this, not even last years hotel), great central location for eating out.
