1. And the duty manager Mario was exceptional and offered us free transportation for a full day taking us to Contemporary resort for our character breakfast, picking us up from Downtown Disney then taking us to Florida Mall and back to our hotel.

5. The pool area is shady most of the day (except from around noon to 3pm) but the Hampton next door has exchange privileges if you want more sun.
