4. The housekeeping staff was very kind and nice, Jessica, worked around our schedule and even cleaned the whole apartment while we where in it; the ladies at the front desk were always pleasant and had a good morning or hello always.

7. It was not as fancy perhaps as some of the new build Residence Inns, but it was clean and the layout worked, My only criticism would be that another bathroom would have been nice.

9. If going to Convention Center I would recommend staying at the Hampton Inn which is directly accross from the convention center and was very nice.
