1. The location WAS very convenient to the convention center and cruise ship terminal, and there were a number of interesting restaurants close by (not the least of which is Emeril's).

4. The streets downtown in this area are narrow and we were pulling a trailer - it was right down the street from the Cruise Ship terminals so very convenient for us since that was our destination.
