1. The housekeeping staff was very kind and nice, Jessica, worked around our schedule and even cleaned the whole apartment while we where in it; the ladies at the front desk were always pleasant and had a good morning or hello always.

6. Remodeling was going on at the hotel, however, our room had not been remodeled and was in bad need of updating and a good cleaning.

7. Again, the staff has done their work -- while the carpets are worn they are perfectly clean, and the rooms were tidy and the elevators spotless.

8. Everything has been remodeled and cleaned up, but that was years ago and despite the great location the facility doesn't really meet modern business standards.

9. I strongly suggest stocking up on provisions at one of the local markets(Rouses) as the hotels shop is more that a bit pricy and cost prohibitiveThe rooms are very clean and spacious and the only issue I have is that some of the furniture is dated and is showing it's age.
