3. It's in the attic of the main house, and while a very tall person would likely be uncomfortable stooping low to navigate the space, people of normal stature will be comfortable.

4. The surrounding neighborhood is charming as well, with a convenience store and a 24 hour hole-in-the-wall diner that serves alcohol as long as you're willling to consume it (like most places in New Orleans).

5. It was so moldy we weren't permitted to turn off an air conditioning unit that was next to the bed and which sounded like a jet airplane.

7. On arrival, you will notice that the grounds are lushly vegetated (like jungle Habitat) and the walkways are broken, narrow and uneven, difficult in daylight but treacherous at night.
