1. Our room did not have a fridge as indicated but other family members staying in the newer section of the hotel did.

2. From what I gathered, the Prytania Park is the newer development with the large, free parking lot, and the Prytania Oaks is in an older Garden District building, and The Queen Anne, a restored Garden District mansion.
