4. It was well within walking distance of the French Quarter, the rooms were very clean, the staff was VERY helpful, friendly, and informative.

5. Due to flight times, I arrived at the hotel almost 5 hours before check-in, assuming I would just check my bag but the helpful staff was able to accomodate my early arrival and check me into my room.

8. The front desk was very helpful in any questions about recommendations for food places and were very helpful with the checking out, keeping our bags while we took a final tour of the French Quarters and having a cab ready when we returned.
