3. We loved being able to heat up leftovers for breakfast/lunch or prepare snacks in the kitchen, and it's nice having a separate bedroom when you're spending more than one night in a place.

7. If you love jazz and the nighlife, you are really close to Frenchmen Street which is dotted with so many little clubs where the music is jumpin'.

10. I didn't love the bathroom tub, you had to step up high to get into the tub, and the water pressure wasn't the best.
