4. The price is reasonable, and while it is not in the center of the French Quarter, it is conveniently located to restaurants and the busier Bourbon Street area.

5. We asked the reason and they said something about repairs being made on the roof ( we could see the roof from the hotel we ended up at and there was nothing being done to the roof).

9. The explanation from the hotel was that 'New Orleans was experiencing a heat wave that week' - would that not be all the more reason to make sure that your paying guests had AC?? Checked out Tuesday & paid the $677 bill.
