5. We had a few issues with our room and had to be moved twice, but the staff were so friendly and accommodating - they upgraded us, gave us a discount and even sent a bottle of champagne to our room.

7. Midway through our stay, our door lock was malfunctioning and the staff tried to fix it but ultimately moved us to another room (a nicer double room with a balcony overlooking the street) and were very accommodating.
