1. All of the staff at this property are very good except for the front desk.

2. I didn't have any problems with noise except for loud drunk people in the hallway, but then again I was there during Mardi Gras, so that was to be expected.

3. The front desk kept telling us they would take care of this and never did;3) The staff is rude: not all the staff, one of the front desk employees was very nice, but he was the exception.
