5. We will come back to the hotel as we enjoyed our stay and everything else, and this comment is not a big negative - we do appreciate a casual approach but maybe to help get it right, they should imagine how they would greet guests if they were coming into their own home.

10. It's got the sort of character-plus-comfort I want when visiting NOLA, and the combination of quiet, comfortable rooms with good wifi, a cool lobby bar, helpful staff, and walking distance to more or less everything downtown, makes it a lock for my next trip.
