1. More generally, the hotel is also in dire need for refurbishing.

4. We stayed three weeks ago and had in general a good time at Iberville Suites, the location is superb, very close to Bourbon Street, stores, pharmacies, venue restaurants, etc.

6. The pros - luxurious lobby, polite staff, generous breakfast included with your stay, use of the facilities at the Ritz-Carlton, free access to Internet in the lobby, separate bedroom and living room w/sleeper sofa, and location, location, location.
