1. The hotel is unusual for a Hampton Inn because it has enormous room size and high ceilings and huge windows.

We picked up a coupon at the LA Stateline Welcome Center that the staff didn't recognize, but they gave us a discount anyway ++ huge room ++ great help with luggage storage and valet parking on departure day ++CONS: broken closet door almost fell out when I opened it ++ drink stains and candy wrapper outside our room door ++ view at back alleys.
