2. Yes, the hotel is older, but who cares? This is still a terrific place to stay, and very comfortable.

3. The bathroom could have used a little bit more cleaning of the commode, but I took care of it with my standard traveling supplies (disinfecting wipes & spray).

4. I had read reviews before I got there in which some people didn't care for the breakfast, and I figured they were picky or used to really nice restaurants all of the time, but I have to agree with them.
