1. The doorman Malcolm embodied the spirit of New Orleans - his wide and genuine smile was our first impression of the hotel upon arrival and every time we stepped through his doors, his happy outlook was contagious.

2. Serving breakfast with a smile and then after a long work or play day, Khadija and Janette are greeting the guests with the same happy face and wonderful service as they welcome everyone back and serve cocktails and small party appetizers at 5:00.

4. we got lost finding the hotel but once we parked We were in heaven We were in the middle of everything we were on the concierge floor which was wonderful had breckfast and evening drinks the coffee shop was nice as well as the jazz club but not thrilled with they resturant also I broke my foot my first night the hotel furnish me a wheelchair till I got a foot boot after ER visit the staff was wonderful I got to stay there thur a living social deal and I can stay there again they spoiled us everything about the hotel was wonderful please stay there you will be happy you did.
