1. Unfortunately there was evidently a wiring problem and we had to move to a different room but the staff was very accommodating and even offered to pack our items for us (nice gesture even though we packed our own).

9. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the customer service is absolutely superb, the hotel is beautiful and you absolutely cannot beat the location if you want to be right in the heart of the French Quarter.

10. Although we didn't have many dealings with the staff, they seemed to be accommodating and Malcomb, the door man, acted as our concierge, tour guide, and kept us laughing.
