1. This caused some rudeness on the part of some guests but I witnessed nothing but polite responses from staff.

7. I do have 2 beefs: my neighbors were rather loud (but the hotel isn't responsible for that) and I sent a silk blouse out to be dry cleaned and it came back with 2 large spots on center front.
